For instance, our X9 Online external batteries are interchangeable between the 2kW and 3kW versions, as well as the 6kW and 10kW models, reducing the complexity of SKU management.

Furthermore, all 9X Online UPS units support up to ten external batteries without requiring a supercharger, using 9Ah batteries throughout the range to maximize uptime. These details may be small but it’s the small details that matter most to us at NFlux.

In the rare event that troubleshooting doesn’t resolve the issue, we guarantee a swift resolution and will expedite the dispatch of a replacement unit to your site and arrange for the faulty unit’s return to one of our warehouses for assessment, all at no cost to you.
